Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy describes how Unitee (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, as outlined below.


Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • 72 hours to report any damages. Returns vary and restocking fees apply.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resell condition to be eligible for return.
  • All eligible returns and refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and possible shipping fees. Possible shipping fees are based upon if your item originally included shipping costs and the carrier that is used.
  • Some items are not available to be returned due to final sale, but a refund may be issued following reporting any damage (or being incorrect) within 72 hours and the 15 day return period.
  • Returns are not available with the purchase of Unitee Gift Cards.

Free Return Shipping:

  • We offer free return shipping on some eligible items, depending on if your purchased item included shipping costs or not. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.
  • Some bigger items will not include free return shipping, unless the item was reported damaged or incorrect before 72 hours of delivery.
  • Some items will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, but a refund will be issued to the original payment provider.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. If returns are not available on the item, you will be issued a refund following any restocking fees and/or shipping fees.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. 1-2 business days for immediate refund following a no return item.
  • The 15% restocking fee and any possible shipping fees will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Refunds are not available with the purchase of Unitee Gift Cards.

When Full Refunds Are Given:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective and was reported within the required time window.
  • Wrong item was delivered.
  • Cancellation was made before shipment or within the allowed cancellation window.

When Refunds Are Denied or Reduced:

  • Product return requested outside the return window.
  • Item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to transit. This is due to third party providers such as FedEx, USPS, and/or UPS.
  • Final sale or custom-built furniture.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, though they may still be eligible for a refund in the event of a damaged or defective product. These include, but are not limited to:

  1. Limited-edition promotional products.
  2. Discontinued or clearance items.
  3. Opened consumables or beverages.
  4. Customized or personalized products.
  5. Bulk special orders.
  6. Items sold during flash sales or short-term promotions.
  7. Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout.
  8. Items market "final sale" at checkout.
  9. Gift cards.
  10. Digital downloads or services.
  11. Trial/sample items provided for free or at discount.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund. Restocking and shipping fees may apply.


How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

  1. Email our customer support at Contact: – Unitee with your order number and reason for return or refund. This may involve additional prof of damage or shipping requirements.
  2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or the determined refund.
  3. If returning, print out the prepaid label we will send you and package the item securely. Then, drop it off with the nearest carrier location.
  4. You will receive a confirmation once your return and/or refund has been processed.
