Processing Time:
- All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).
- Furniture or large-item orders may require 1–5 business days to prepare for shipment due to packaging and freight coordination.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely: USPS, UPS, and FEDEX
- Delivery time = 3–7 business days. International shipping will vary based on item and location.
- Carriers = UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Includes curbside delivery. In-home setup may be available upon request (additional fees apply). This may include the use of an 3rd party helper near your area.

Unitee Gift Cards:
- Shipping is not included or involved with the purchase of Unitee Gift Cards.
- You will receive your card details immediately after purchase.
Shipping Areas:
- Currently shipping within the United States and some International locations. More to come.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping is offered on select products or during promotional events.
- Heavier Items may incur additional freight fees, which will be displayed at checkout. This may or may not happen depending on the product.
- We strive to provide free shipping on all of our products.
Delivery Issues and Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- For furniture, please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Note any visible damage with the delivery driver before signing.

Refused or Missed Deliveries:
- Missed scheduled deliveries for large/furniture items may incur re-delivery fees.
- Refused deliveries without prior authorization may be subject to return shipping charges, restocking fees, and no refund.
